Background & Goals: Zewditu Endazenaw entered her studies with the goal of developing gender-sensitive human resource practices, improving consulting and training on gender equality in business and nonprofit organizations, and increasing the number of women in decision-making positions.
Post-Degree Projects: After receiving her degree, Endazenaw began working in Ethiopia with the International Service for National Agricultural Research (ISNAR), assisting the International Livestock Research Institute, a sister organization, with gender streamlining.
